稍早，Vitalik 在推特上發了一則訊息，內容是有人問他要不要為小精靈Casper發ICO 順帶成為貨幣。
小精靈Casper是啥？
小精靈是以太坊第三階段更新的運送模型，使用Proof of Stake運送，今年9月，Vitalik 正著手數寫「小精靈模型」的論文，這個模型被認為是目前最環保的運作方式。
小精靈如果要ICO，那是要發行Casper幣嗎（誤），其實這話大家都覺得就是開開玩笑。
另一個小插曲是，200則留言的來回對答中，Litcoin的創辦人抓到小辮子說話啦！
這是貼文下面，留言者詢問ICO時間，Vitalik 的回覆，他說他自己發行所有幣～就被說是以太幣中心話的說法。

其實小精靈如果變成一個解決方案ICO，好像能幫助到不少人，變成一番事業？那這樣ICO似乎會有價值，加上Vitalik 的保證加持，若發了效果應該會頗不錯～
不過以上，目前看來只是Vitalik 的小玩笑，若真的發行，可能會嚇死寶寶，不過，一切都很難說，只能說又讓人思考小精靈模型的應用與發揮程度啦！
